Mamoudou Gassama is a Malian undocumented migrant living in France. He’s being dubbed the ‘real life spider man‘ for his heroic efforts. The 22 year old climbed the side of a building in a successful attempt to save a 4 yer old dangling from a fourth floor balcony.

In response of his heroic effort the President of France Emmanuel Macron invited Gassama to the Elysee Palace and presented him with a certificate and a gold medal “for performing an act of courage and dedication,”, The president also granted him French citizenship and employment.
