Black Panther broke records not only their opening weekend where they earned $202 million. But their second weekend the film brought in $108 million which is only a 46% decrease from their opening weekend. Black Panther is only the second film of all times to earn this much during their second weekend at the box office.  The film has earned $400 million in 10 days. The only other films to earn this much in 10 days would be  Marvel’s The Avengers, Jurassic World, and The Force Awakens. It’s important to note that Black Panther has earned $300 million over seas.

Black Panther is on track to becoming the 3rd biggest grossing independent super hero movie of all time. The film is earning so much money so fast that it’ll be past Sony’s Spider-Man which made $403 million in 2002, sans 3D or IMAX and WB’s Wonder Woman  which made $413 million last year in just a matter of days.
