A domestic battery misdemeanor investigation was opened by actress/singer Jennifer Hudson over a physical dispute between herself and her fiance and the father of her 8 year old son. It has been rumored that Otunga claims his fiance Hudson cheated on him with the producer Mali Music during their 10 year engagement. Otunga claims he called Hudson several times but she failed to answer his calls, so Otunga called their 8 year old son and asked him to record the music session Hudson was having with Mali Music.
