Earlier this month we posted a teaser of our interview with Iyonah Fard in honor of Sexual Assault Awareness Month which takes place all April long.

Iyonah was molested by a close friend of her family at the age of 6. That painful experience stayed with her forever and when she saw her abuser at a family function her first instinct was to confront him. She broadcast her experience on Facebook Live for the world to see. Her video quickly went viral and gave Iyonah attention from media outlets but more importantly she impacted men and women who’d experience similar unfortunate situations.
