HEMP Fest is a week-long celebration centered around the national hemp focused holiday of 4/20. The focus of this week-long celebration is health, wellness, and educating the community of Newark on the health benefits found in CBD and hemp based products.
The week of events begins on Monday April 18th and ends on Saturday April 23rd. H.E.M.P. Fest is incorporating yoga classes, panel discussions, LGBTQ networkigng events, a local business crawl, and much more.
New Jersey Governor Jim McGreevey will be a panelist on Monday’s panel about “Breaking into the cannabis industry”.
The week of HEMP Fest is presented by Plantivia Wellness (Newark, NJ based CBD product store promoting health and wellness).
The projected reach of H.E.M.P. Fest is the entire Northern NJ area, NYC, and eventually the whole east coast. Those interested in attending one or all of the events can register at NewarkHempFest.com.
