SIB Expo is Coming to Newark This Weekend
On Saturday, October 23rd the SIBEXPO will yet again, bring the “sistahs” in business out to shop, learn, fellowship, and network with like minds and brands.
The SIBExpo is the country’s only multi-city, small business expo created specifically to celebrate, empower, enrich and support entrepreneurial women of color; the largest and fastest-growing demographic of entrepreneurs in the nation. The SIBExpo provides an accessible platform where women of color can significantly expand their reach, grow their businesses, as well as meet, greet and learn from some of our favorite icons!!!
This year, Newark awaits key-note words and wisdom from Bevy Smith and Yandy Smith-Harris, hosted by PIX 11 News anchor, Vanessa Freeman and “Think Like A Boss” CEO, Alexandra Bernard-Simmons. — In one place, at the Robert Treat Hotel, women will be able to make valuable business connections, shop with more than 100 brands owned by women of color, obtain signed copies of books from some of their favorite authors, and take vital notes on real stories and advice from leading women in business. — Not to mention the countless photo-opps and digital content value offered, which is essential in today’s world of entrepreneurship.
Many new deals and partnerships are started right here at the SIBEXPO, through the incredible networking opportunities provided in these spaces. CEOs and owners have been able to connect and lock in fruitful relationships that have carried them to new heights. — During a time like the Pandemic, more people are realizing the power of ownership and independent business investment; therefore the SIBEXPO NEWARK is a production you’d want to make yourself present for. — The New Jersey independent business market is growing at rapid speed, and in addition, Black, female-owned companies are the fastest-growing entrepreneurial sector in the nation!
This incredible gathering of #SistahsinBusiness will be one for the books, as The SIBEXPO is wrapping up its national tour with their final stop for 2021 back where it all began in 2018…in Newark, NJ.
