
Conde Nast has officially made Elaine Welteroth the Editor in Chief of Teen Vogue.
Welteroth, has held the title as editor, oversaw the title with the digital director Phillip Picardi and the creative director Marie Suter. This official promotion to the Editor in Chief position clarifies her role at Teen Vogue.
After the founding editor, Amy Astley left last year to head Architectural Digest Welteroth took over as editor. She’s now officially the teen magazine’s editor in chief., and is the first black woman to hold the title.
