Democrat candidate Phil Murphy was elected Governor of the state of New Jersey last night. Along with Murphy’s win history was made as Sheila Oliver became New Jersey’s first black woman Lieutenant Governor and New Jersey’s first black woman Lieutenant Governor (above photo).
