Black Girl Magic will be taking over the February 2017 issue of Essence magazine. That’s right the beautiful cast of the film Hidden Figures will be featured on the cover of Essence. They’ll each have their individual covers and one group cover. I’m in love with this!

Hidden Figures doesn’t premiere until Christmas Day but the buzz surrounding the movie is already huge! The movie is about 3 black women during the Jim Crow era in history who were all scientist and mathematicians who were hired to work for NASA. Their talents in science and math helped to launch John Glenn into orbit.

Make sure you check out Hidden Figures come December 25th! It’s rated PG so this is a movie the entire family can enjoy!
