Newark, NJ- The MTV is bringing their video music awards show right here to Newark, NJ. One august 26th they will hold their awards show downtown Newark at the Prudential Center. The worlds biggest music performers and entertainers will be stationed in the great city of Newark for at least one night. The annual show usually takes place in NYC or Los Angeles but MTV announced Monday night that they'll be holding their show in Newark. Hopefully this will be one of many more to come similar to Black Girls Rock which has been held in Newark, NJ for over 5 years.
