WeChipin Rewards Community Announces Partnership with Pharrell Williams ‘Something in the Water Festival’

Today, WeChipn Rewards Community Powered by Broccoli City and Backed by Techstars and Cox Enterprises announces a partnership with Pharrell Williams Something in The Water Festival (SITW). A partnership symbolic of respect and perpetuity in the live event space. SITW will elevate the brand and the potential for new partnerships.

WeChipn’s ability to attract talented collaborations and projects for their users to earn and enjoy is clear. Having provided their users’ tickets to see Gunna, Lil Durk, 21 Savage, Tems, Summer Walker, Lil Uzi Vert, MoneyBagg Yo, Lil Baby, Davido, Tyler the Creator, Lorde, Alicia Keys, and Justin Bieber amongst others all in the past month since re-launching their Beta. WeChipN will be a key player in the changing paradigm in mobilizing urban culture leveraging web3 technology.

WeChipn functions similarly, to the credit card points reward system but – for social good. WeChipn’s business creates opportunities for users to complete social good actions, earn tokens ($CHIPS) and then use those $CHIPS to attend festivals, concerts, sporting events, and earn gift cards for Starbucks, Fortnite VBucks, Uber, and more. WeChipn is poised to create the intersection between impact, NFT’s, and rewards.

“When we created WeChipn, our goal was to disrupt how the live entertainment and digital media industries engage its audiences through impact technology,” said WeChipn Co-founder and CEO, Marcus Allen “Partnerships like SITW will help deepen our integrations with Live Nation, Ticketmaster, and other organizations ESG/CSR efforts.”

“WeChipn Rewards Community has created a rewards system gamifying social good, virtual meetups and in person volunteering. WeChipN makes user-driven rewards simple and easy by automating rewards through tokenized incentives. This is done through a two-tier process that is built on transparency and accountability” said WeChipn Co-founder and VP of Product, Morgan Webster.

“I had a powerful conversation with Brandon McEachern & Marcus Allen on the EPA’s work to advance environmental justice. As well as discussed the EPA’s work on the ground with communities of color, and how we can partner to make meaningful progress.”  said EPA Administrator Michael Regan
