Nappily Ever After is a book written by Trisha R. Thomas about a woman named Venus. Venus seemed to have it all a great career, a handsome live-in boyfriend, long gorgeous hair and a beautiful home. She kept her hair long and pressed by religiously attending every hair appointment. The day her boyfriend brought home a new puppy instead of an engagement ring Venus shaved her head clean and which sent her boyfriend over the edge. That act of rebellion sent him packing.
