Angela has been an open book about how hard it is to be a single mom after losing SJ’s father in a horrible tragedy. We’ve seen her struggle in Growing Up Hip Hop, but now we get to see her be candid about how she balances it all by starting her day with the best morning routine she can. Whether it’s waking up to her son jumping in her bed in the morning or being unapologetic about help with the Nanny in the morning so she can squeeze in a workout, Angela shows us how she juggles it all.

Just Angela provides fans of actress and entrepreneur Angela Simmons, daughter of rap pioneer Rev. Run and niece of Russell Simmons, an intimate look at her day-to-day life as a #girlboss. In addition, a recurring segment of the show will spotlight up and coming Black-owned businesses featured on the aspireMKTPLC (mktplc.aspire.tv). The aspireMKTPLC is an online directory of Black-owned businesses where consumers can buy Black and shop with purpose.
