Nicki Minaj’s tweets went viral recently after she responded to a fan about her refusal to attend the Met Gala over vaccination requirement. The rapper tweeted:
Nicki went on to explain why she’s hesitant stating her cousin in Trinidad had a friend who became impotent after taking the vaccine.
After sending out this tweet the flood gates opened on Nicki. This tweet quickly went viral and it seemed like every media outlet had to weigh in on her opinion. One in particular being Joy Anne Reid. The news anchor responded on her show “The Reid Out”. See the tweet below that later made headlines after Nicki responded to Joy’s half baked response to her tweet about vaccination hesitancy.
Nicki wasn’t done after sending out this tweet she also said “The two white men sittin there nodding their heads cuz this uncle tomiana doing the work chile. How sad.Quote Tweet”
Nicki later put out a poll asking her followers to weigh in on which vaccination they recommend.
News of the clap back reach the Breakfast Club where the radio hosts seemingly agreed with Nicki and pointed out her hesitancy to be vaccinated did not translate in to the refusal to do so. they explained how the media twisted her response and were wrong in doing so. Watch their video below:
