Well it’s that time of the year where it’s out with the old and in with the new.
Usually, you would have already written down a list of your 2017 goals.
Most lists may consist of better dieting and ways to make more money. Whatever it is, we want to reach those goals, but sometimes life happens and we get side tracked.
Here are some tips to keep you on tasks to accomplishing those New Year goals:
1. Keep your list visible. On the fridge, at your desk, in the car or anywhere that is a visible part of your daily routine, where you’l have the likely hood of glancing at it.
2. Make sure your goals are close to reality and achievable. For example, if you are planning to eat healthier. make a budget for this and pace your self.
3. Affirmations: Recite your goals. Say them out loud. This is putting it in the atmosphere and making it real.
4. Find a buddy. When you team up with someone, it makes it easier to really get your goals achieved because you will push each other and motivate one another.
